  1. This is more or less a chemistry question.  The brown color on the bottles block out the light so the chemicals will not react to it.  If they were to react the contents in the bottles will become ineffective and will no longer serve its purpose, that means you pretty much wasted your money buying the medicine.

  2. The answer probably has to do with the fact that most medications deteriorate in direct light (especially sunlight). If you look behind the pharmacy counter, the bottles tend to be white and I do not mean clear! By the way, my bottles are red.

There is an answer, now do your own homework and put it into a paragraph.

  3. Getting random people to do your homework for you? What a shame.

  4. To block light. Some chemicals change properties when exposed to light. To test this theory, purchase 2 bottles of Sunny Delight. Keep 1 inside, away from light while exposing the other to as much light as possible. After 2 days, taste both of them.

  5. It's because it keeps some of the sunlight out and stops the light from effecting the medicine and making it go out of date.

  6. It is to limit the amount of light that reaches the substance inside of the bottle.  Light can break down different materials and reduce its potency.
