'Sexiest' is in the eyes and mind of the beholder.

This is complex because what might be seen as s**y on one woman might not be s**y on another.

I often find a woman's 'back' itself quite beautiful and at times can be to me 's**y'.

's**y' is something that awakens an erotic element in the one looking and in the simplistic space between the eyes, often the signal 's**y' is flashed into the system without the person even being aware of any of the other elements or potentials.
