Today i noticed that my wrist was kind of hurting, not really bad or anything, but when i turn it a certain way, i get this sharp pain. I don't remember doing anything to it, just lifting heavy school books. I also play tennis so i don't want to hurt it any more when i play later in the week. i've broken that same wrist before, about four years ago, and it kind of hurts in the same place. could it be sprained, or is it something else?

  2. If you play a lot of tennis and over use your wrist it can make it sore for a few days.  Try resting it and not turning it the way that it hurts..  If it is swollen maybe put some ice on it but no longer than 20 minutes.  If there are signs of bruising in your wrist along with pain and swelling than maybe its time to see the doctor.  That can be a sign of a stress fracture.
