They need to be completely rebuilt from the office down. Scrap that owner who can't stay out of the locker room side of things. Plus, they are right across the bay from one of the classiest teams in pro sports. (SF49ers) This is bad for morale and divides the hometown crowd, and the Raiders have long been the beloved of the shady side of California. Most of their fans are low-paid or no-paid thugs who like to fight in the stands and rag the players rather than spend their energy cheering for the team. And Moss laid down on them so you can't blame them for him being a crybaby.

Al Davis is what's wrong with the Raiders. This off season is a perfect example of how crazy insane that dude is. Giving Cry Baby Walker that huge contract is the epitome of his foolishness.

The main problem I see is that they arn't bolstering the defense enough.  the top 10 teams have top 15 defenses.  The raiders did good in aquiring some defensive players in the Off season, but to build a Franchise you need to build around defense.

The only reason the raiders suck is because of Al Davis. They have had excellent talent and still manage to suck.

Moss was being a *****, they weren't the "worst" team because they were ahead of the Dolphins, Jets, Chiefs, Falcons, and Rams. I couldn't understand you last statement but you're probably talking about Darren McFadden. You'll see why they piCKed him. They'll be second in the division ahead of the chiefs and donkeys.
