The biggest impact was that case of steroids he injected into his stomach.  He is, after all, an admitted steroid user.  That much CANNOT be disputed.

I'd say think the first needle he put in his body made the biggest impact, but taking it from behind in the shower from A-Rod probably made him wear the thong!!! And A-Rod loves the feel of facial hair on his balls!!!
