Well, what do you think makes someone a pessimist?

-Personal Expierences

-Environment

-How they were raised....among other things

REALLY all these answers are just excuses but some peoples mind and genetic matter work that way. Its still their choice to over come that though. So....What do you think makes an optimist?

Having a negative outlook on life tends to make people pessimistic.

you look at the glass and see it's half empty... but I find a way to say... if you look at it from here, it's almost completely empty.

Superior amounts of stupidity lead to wholesale panic attacks......pessimism is one of the worst forms of stupidity known to man....

Hatred of the world, life, and everything, always thinking that everything's going to go wrong and stuff. Suicidalness can also be a factor...

.....I think u start being a pessimist when bad things happen to u very often in a small period of time....

so for "the next time" you start thinking about how you'll react and be prepared for the worst thing that could happen....
