What do you think makes one ready for a relationship?

Often people make a huge mistake of looking for one to fulfil them when they have not completely found themselves. But misconstrue a relationship is only an icing, addition or bonus. They make a relationship there whole life or base it as their main focus forgetting about their dreams, aims and goals.

So what do you think makes one ready for a relationship from your point view...do you agree or disagree with the above perspective?

knowing who you are that comes from experience and the willingness to accept another for who she is not for what you want her to be, it's nice if they are both the same

i agree and disagree what makes u ready 4 a relationship is urself do u think ur ready to commit? dats the question u gotta asked urself if ur not then fine but dont give expectations to other peopsn who thinks u r ready for a relationship when ur not

That was more a mini-lecture than a question.

But the answer is: When it happens you know, BUT you should put it to the test of time.

eg I knew within moments of meeting this was IT.   But we got engaged 18months later.

In order to be ready for a commitment relationship you must be ready to do and handle all that a real relationship in tell.  You must be will to be independent but yet depended.  You must know yourself and your limitation. You must have some type of extra funds. Meaning if you can barely feed yourself how can you take someone on a date (you can't afford to date anyone if you can't take care of yourself).

You have to be ready to share yourself even under certain condition that you might not want to.  Such as, I hate football but my husband love it. So every now and then he buys tickets and I put my feeling aside to enjoy the company of my husband at a football game because that's something that he wanted to do and he also do this with me on occasions that he's not too fun of but we enjoyed each other.  This is just a few things, hope this helps.
