She won't give an honest answer to any questions regarding her daughter Caylee. This makes her look guilty. Either she knows something or she killed her own daughter.

  1. Bail bondsmen are in it to make money, usually 10% of the bond.

They loan a large sum of money for a fee and if the person flees the jurisdiction then the bail bondsman has to pay.  They then collect on the collateral that was set up for the loan in case if the person fled.

    - So if Ms. Anthony goes to trial then the bail bondsman gets paid their fee for loaning the money.

    - If Ms. Anthony flees then the bail bondsman still gets paid by repossessing whatever her family put up for collateral; probably a house.  Since Ms. Anthony could steal the car it wouldn’t make good collateral, and if she flees she is likely to take her car to do it.  She can’t take her house or her mother’s house though.

The bail bondsmen will make their money regardless of what happens; $50,020 to be exact.

As the bounty hunter said in the case (http://www.orlandosentinel.com/orl-cayle... “it is hard to talk in jail.”  From the statements made by the bail bond people they think the crime is horrible, they want the guilty person to be punished, and they recognize that our legal system allows a criminal to be released on the condition of bond.  They are in it for the money, but by letting Ms. Anthony out of jail she might talk, that would help the police a lot.  Guilt or innocence the bail bondsmen gets the same pay, but we all feel bad when something bad happens to a two-year old child.

As to the case itself, it is all based on circumstances so the police had to let her out on bond.  However, they think they have enough evidence to warrant an investigation and possible trial.  What the police are probably hoping is that once she is out Ms. Anthony will make a mistake and tell someone something or try to contact someone who may have her child or may have more information about her child.

If she has a passport one condition of bail is that she surrender it to the court and she is too far from any border to flee so she is a low flight risk.  Releasing her is more likely to help solve the case.

    According to Wikipedia:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bail_bondsm...

“Bond agents have a standing security agreement with local court officials, in which they agree to post an irrevocable "blanket" bond, which will pay the court if any defendant for whom the bond agent is responsible does not appear. The bond agent usually has an arrangement with a bank or another credit provider to draw on such security, even during hours when the bank is not operating. This eliminates the need for the bondsman to deposit cash or property with the court every time a new defendant is bailed out.

Bond agents generally charge a fee of 10% of the total amount of the bail required in order to post a bond for the amount. This fee is not refundable and represents the bond agent's compensation for his or her services. As the practice of paying a 10% cash premium for a bond became widespread, some courts have recently instituted a practice of accepting 10% of the bond amount in cash, for example, by requiring a $10,000 bond or $1,000 in cash. In jurisdictions where the 10% cash alternative is available, the deposit is usually returned if the case is concluded without violation of the conditions of bail. This has the effect of giving the defendant or persons giving security for the defendant a substantial incentive to make the cash deposit rather than using a bail bond agent.”

It is important to note that the court did not take the 10% as her bond but required her to seek a bondsmen.  That means the court feels confident of the evidence.

The case won’t be resolved until the child is found; alive or dead.  After some time though the prosecutor can file a murder case and get a conviction if the evidence is strong enough.  Normally, a body is required for a murder trial though.  There is no statute of limitations on Murder so if the body of the child is ever recovered then the state can file the Murder charges.

As to the case itself it is clear that Ms. Anthony lied about the disappearance of her child.  The presence of blood makes me suspect foul play (murder).

I think the Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla has a good point Ms. Anthony may have sold or traded her child away.  If so then that payment will show up at some point.

Ms. Anthony’s only comment upon release from jail was “I need a shower.”  That doesn’t sound like a grieving mother.  She could be in shock, she could have been told to keep quite, or the child could still be alive and Ms Anthony just abandoned her (sold or traded).  If she was told to keep quite by her lawyer or was in shock it is more likely she wouldn’t have said anything.  The final possibility is that Ms. Anthony could be a cold blooded killer.  I hope that is not true, but here in Texas we have seen it.  One woman buckled her children into their child safety seats and then pushed the car into a lake.  It didn’t take too long before she cracked.

The police are hoping for the same situation.  Ms. Anthony’s mother seems to be involved as does her father, they are not going to want to be charged as accessories to murder so they are under pressure as well.  The media and the police will be watching t

  2. FAME of course.

I live right next to this guy. He LOVES attention. He makes me absolutely sick.

I've talked to him many times; he is ARROGANT, and is only doing this for personal gain.

He doesn't give a sht about the little girl. He's a self-proclaimed "media whre".

  3. money money money  its always the money

  4. he likes the little lady.

  5. Hi, I have written a series of articles about the case including, "Casey Anthony May Be Released on Monday" and "Caylee Anthony's Mother Released from Jail." You can find both at: http://www.suite101.com/writer_articles....

You will also find 6 other articles about the case there. Hope that helps! Thx.

  6. Free publicity motivates him. He wants his own show like Dog. And by the way, why didn't Dog bail her out. He'd find out what happened to Caylee.

  7. i think he is trying to get a show like DOG the BOUNTY hunter.

but the difference is dog is nice ,respectable for the most part to people until they p**s him off and shows compassion Plus he brought in someone off the streets we did NOT want on the streets ..andrew luster max factor heir who was druging  girls to have s*x tapes with them......he wasnt bailing anyone out.

So this guy is doing the opposite ..and complete opposite of what dog stands for ..so do i think he will get a show NO?!!

He has been blunt on Nancy Grace he says he is doing it for a fame etc..his own show..

  8. He either has a show or is coming up with a show called Bountyhunters. He is clearly using this to get the story of Caylee on his show.

  9. Clearly the bail bondsman and bounty hunter are looking for national press attention.  They are disgusting and trying to profit from a terrible story.

  10. He might think that he would have a chance to get her to talk..but that is not happening according to her lawyer..why allow her out of jail..nothing has changed..the little girl is still missing and that is the foucs of the case..and she is one sick person for not cooperating with law enforcement to found the truth about her daughter.
