What do you think my chances of getting into FIU are?

im about to be a sophmore at FAU and I want to take a semester off and transfer to FIU this spring. AT FAU i have a 2.13 gpa. I atempted 29 credits and made 16 of them, I withdrew from 3 classes and failed 2. In high school i had a 2.3 GPA and about a 1040 (1500 if writing included idk if its supposed to be), on the SATs. do you think FIU will accept me or should i just give up now
