  1. okay well i ran

    800 2.56

    1600 6.32

and my fastest 5k is 23 something tho i usually ran around a 24 so i would say from 22-24minutes

    good luck!

  2. Im thiking you could run 22-24 minutes for a 5k..

    22-23 for a 3 mile..but a 5k has that extra 200 meters..

  3. That's very good time, you should be proud of yourself. As for 5-K, depends on the race route . . . flat, hilly, on streets or dirt path. I think you'll fall in the range of 19-21 minutes.

Before the race, walk the last 1/2 mile from the finish line so you are familiar with where and when you need to make your sprint. Then jog back for a warm up before you stretch.

  4. I'm a male middle school runner.

    800m- 2:39

    1600m- 5:38

    8 mile jog- 60:00

    5K- 22:30

  5. Well i run a 2:10- 800 and a 4:57 mile with a 5k time of 18 flat.  So i would guess you would run around a 22 to 23 minute range. It all kinda depends on your endurance though., also how good your kick is at the finish

  6. 22-23 minutes should be around your base if you are in shape

by the end of the season your time could be much closer to 20
