Almost every single city is a work of art.  (the old centres, at least)

A place I had read about in geography class and wanted to go to my whole life till I started watching the Spanish football league and saw extreme racist displays from the fans towards some players. Now I am not so excited about going there anymore. I know football fans are not representative of the entire population of Spaniards but my first impressions.

Aryeebebe, you shouldn't be scared of going to Spain because of your colour, especially from judging those football fanatic people (we'll have to be scared to go anywhere if we take those people as reference of a country!).

Spain is a beautiful country. Believe it or not, there is a lot of diversity, the gastronomy is great, all the festivities are very interesting, most of them are great fun (apart from when they maltreat animals, that's not nice), and the people are usually very nice, happy, and very helpful as well.

Though you need to know a bit of Spanish, most of them don't do English.
