What do you think of Bush's "Wall Street is hung-over" crack?

Aside from that being like Jesse Jackson saying Fox Broadcasting has no taste, what if anything do you think it means?

The man is delusional. He believed that since he said he wanted the cameras turned off, everybody would snap to his command and do as he ordered. He sends out daily instructions to the media about what he wants covered and what he forbids to be covered, and the media largely does as he dictates.

But if anybody should feel hung over, it is the people of the U.S. after we get rid of this loser.
