What do you think of Caden/Kaden?

I have never heard anyone named this before. I just found it in a baby book. We live in a rural area though and what is common other places usually isn't here and vice versa.

I think it is too popular. I mean, its a nice name but there is going to be like 5 other ones in his class. He'll be Kaden B. or Kaden H. or whatever for the rest of his life.

It is an adorable name.  It is VERY common in populated areas (all the -aden names are, such as Aiden, Hayden, Brayden, Caden) but it is popular for a reason, it is a great name.  If you love it, that is all that matters.

I really like this name.

Kaden is my brothers name.

If it hadn't been his name I really do think i'd of used it for my own child.

There's a little boy in my daughter's class named Cayden.  I don't particularly care for that name as it just kind of blends right in with all the Aiden's, Braden's, and Jayden's.

I HATE that name!

I hate any name that ends in "iaden" or "aden." Kaiden, Jaiden, Paydon, etc.

These names are trendy, and made up.  How about giving your child a real name like David? Or Isaac? Or something with some backbone to it?

Yeah, what Snarf said.  And I think it's even more nauseating when someone tries to make it more sophisticated or unique or something by turning it into  Cadence or Kadance.
