What do you think of...Is it ok..?

Question

I am writing a book. I want to know if i should add characters, take away characters, add more problems, whatever. I like stories with the main character having a lot of siblings and a main issue.

here are the names and roles of my characters:

Girls

Izabel "Izzy" Autumn Lake Serve- 15 year old main character. Has a boyfriend who she finds out is bulimic.

Bethany "Beth" Danielle Cross- Izabel's 28 year old future step-mom. Dad Robert and Beth have been going out for 2 years and in the book, her dad asks Beth to marry him.

Amelia Frances Cross- Beth's four year old daughter from a previous relationship. ( Later in the book, we find out who Amelia's dad is.)

Kory Evangeline Kemp- One of Izabel's best friends. Play a big role in the plot line.

Hannah Dorothy Smith- Izabel's other best friend. Isn't mentioned as often as Kory.

Rainn Justine Summer Addams-Serve- Izabel's mother. Took off when Izzy was 7. Is a character for a reason. Is currently 31.

Guys

Joshua River Norton- Izabel's boyfriend who she finds out is bulimic. has a dark past that is later revealed. He is 17.

Robert Dustin Serve- Izzy's dad and support. Is only in a few chapters. He is 38.

Lucas Moon Leaf Serve- Izzy's 18 year old brother. She is closest to him and he is in a lot of the book.

Hunter Poppy Breeze Serve- Izzy's 19 year old brother. Not very supportive and is best friends with Joshua.

Cameron Blue Willow Serve- Izabel's 16 year old brother. A little immature but still in some of the book.

Extra names:

Oscar Norton- Joshua's dad who is 44.

Bella-Jane Norton- Joshua's mom who is 41.

Pheobe Louis- Joshua's former girlfriend who is 18.

Ana-Rochelle Norton- Joshua's sister who is 13.

Bailey Norton- Joshua's sister who is 10.

I need some opinions.

yeh its OK. i'd deff. read your book. but its not only the characters you need to have the rest of the book put together...u kno the plot and everything. thats wat makes a great book.

I would soooo read your book. It sound really good. I will edit later after I think of some of the plot lines.

this should be in books and authors and i believe th characters are find but its not the characters that make the book you could have a great book with one character its the plot the detail the word play things like that but maybe you should make the main character lez because i have never met a bolemic guy
