What do you think of JetBlue airways?

They had one of the nicest customer representative. I called Delta to change my ticket and it transfered me to India and the guy was rude. So I cancelled that ticket and called Jet Blue and the lady was very nice and spoke perfect English.

Everyone that I have booked on Jetblue has been happy... no complaints, which in this age.. is really something.

They have a relativelty "new" fleet (compared to many other airline's 'aging' planes) with the AIrbus A320 and the smaller EMBRAER 190. They have a better than average inflight entertainment system and the personnel seems to be, for the most part, consumer friendly.

You may want to go to the following website to view a list of consumer issues with Jetblue but, keep in mind, the same type of complaints plague all of the other airlines.

It is a pretty good airline overall.  They had an incident around Valentine's Day a year or two ago which hurt their reputation for a little while, but the airline has made strides to improve their customer service.  JetBlue flies the Airbus 320 and Embraer 190 jets and has the youngest average age for aircraft.  Their flights have satellite TV in them.  The airline does not oversell their flights unlike most airlines.  Therefore passengers should not be involuntarily bumped.
