with or without him, the riders won't repeat,  not many teams can

but its good to see the south looking up north and realizing there is talent in the cfl

I would be sad to see him go but as Tillman said, no one knows better than those in Riderville the value and meaning of "home".  

If he did leave I'm sure Tillman would find a suitable replacement who would be nothing like Barret.

The man has a right to earn a decent living.  Coaching in the US will pay him more.  I wish him luck.  I know the Riders will soldier on and the roster will remain for the most part the same so I can only see his departure as having more of an emotional impact to the team than a substantial one.
