i don't really like them, for speed hp, for quality dell, for both sony vaio, sony vaio is the best one you can get. for lots of laptops for unbelivable prices go here: http://newegg.com or tigerdirect.com (newegg is my fav.)

If you were in China you wouldn't even ask that question they are huge there. They bought out IBM's laptop division. If you look at reviews of Thinkpads and there resale value I think you'd come to the same conclusion I have. They are very nice.

they are a decent company for regular laptops.
