What do you think of Maria Sharappova's draw?

I know Ivanovic and the William sisters are in the other half

but what about Jelena Jankovic, Anna Chakvetadze, Kuznetsova, Dementivia, Safina, Bartoli and Hantuchova

well people don't feel/see the threat in these players thats why there's like no buzz and btw i think jj is in the bottom half of the draw. anywayz these players r just more of 4th round or quarters threats and they still havent really proved themselves to make people think they're extremely good

they both have highly difficult draws;filled with players that have been doing so well on the red clay. it doesn't look promising for them to be perfectly honest. safina just won berlin and if she's playing at the same level,no one will beat her. and elena is going to be match tough on this surface. got to the final of the aforementioned and is playing istanbul at the moment. she too will have a lot of confidence going in.

and ana...streaky she has been. two very poor losses and she she does indeed have jelena and serena.

The women's tennis players are all pretty darn good. I don't think there is a huge point differential between them. Maria's route is not easy, but neither are the others. It should be an excellent Slam.

I think Maria's half of the draw is tougher than Ivanovic's.  Jankovic,Kuznetsova, and Dementieva are all really tough on clay.  Maria is going to have her work cut out for her.

Daaaamn! Her draw is much easier. Both Williams sisters, Ana and Jelena are all in the same draw. It really sucks. :((

Chakvetadze is in the top draw together with Sharapova, and so are Kuznetsova, Dementieva, and Safina.

Jankovic and Bartoli are in the bottom draw.

Hantuchova is not even playing in RG, she withdrew because of her injury.

I think the top draw is rather easier, but then again, we never know. But Sharapova's draw is not that easy though, she could meet Safina in the 4th round, and Dementieva in the QF.

Maria has the easier draw, but its not her fault theres no depth in women's tennis!

First of all its on clay and anything can happen, especially with Sharapova who doesnt move all that well. Couple of weeks ago she played against AnnaBelle Medina Garrigues a very good clay court player and went to 3 tough sets. I dont expect Maria to capture the title by any means, but might do her usual, by reaching the semis or finals. These women know she doesnt move well, and will try and keep her on the run for most part. I expect some 3 setters, and a couple early matches that she pulls out, but nothing to put her in talks of winning the tournament.

ana's draw is tough because many seeded players who are good in clay are there.. like william sisters..

while maria's draw is also tough because most "DARK HORSES" are there.. like elena dementieva and dinara safina..
