What do you think of Mitchell for a boy?

We live in Australia so it will invariably be shortened to Mitch. I can't decide whether I love it or it's too "blokey" (an Aussie term!). Middle name would be David. Thanks

  3. It's nice. I know two Mitchell's, one an old 65-year-old (music teacher) and his friend's son (another music teacher)

    The son is about 16-18 years old.

I live in Aus too and I love the name Mitch / Mitchell.  Mitchell David flows perfectly too which helps.  I definitely don't think it's too blokey at all, I know two Mitch's, one of them plays Aussie rules footy in the country and is fairly blokey, but the other one is as soft and as sweet as ever!
