I don't understand the pronounciation either. It thought it just would have been NIT-EEK-AH.

However, Nitika has a very pretty meaning.

I love Grace as a middle name, but I have to say I pretty much hate the name Nitika. It's kinda hard to say and it's a bit too unusual, but if that's what you like then go for it.

I think it's pretty It's different without being too crazy. It flows well and looks nice written down as well, dont listen to PP, its a lovely name.
