What do you think of Noah?

Question

For a girl? My friend is having a baby girl in December and she and her husband thought about using Noah as her middle name. The first names they have picked out include Lilyanne, Lydia, Chloe, Peyton and Emory. I just want to know other peoples opinion of the name so I can relay it to my friend. Her mom is not to fond of the idea!

I prefer Noah as a boy's name.  Noah means Peace

Chloe and Peyton are great first names

I don't think Noah is appropriate for a girls, but for a middle name I suppose it's not too much of an issue.

I like the name but not for a girl. Especially with Peyton and Emory. Everyone that saw the name would think she was a boy.

i know two different couples who had a baby girl and named her noah.  i think it is really cute for a girl - first name or middle.

i guess for a middle name, it would be okay. what about Noelle. of the first name choices, I love Lilyanne and Lydia.  Emory sounds like a boy name to me, so definitely not Emory Noah.

Sure, why not? It sounds very close to nora, what difference does it make, it's their kid, their choice.
