And do you think this will become a 16 point bounce thanks to McCain's insane choice for VP?

  1. not much since rammussens has him at 5 points ahead,so much for the big bounce!

  2. Personally, I think the insistent polling is meaningless, the only poll that really matters is the election itself.

All this polling, might actually be harmful. It discourages people from supporting outsiders. Do you think Abe Lincoln would have been viewed a viable candidate after a opinion poll in 1859? His advisers would have urged him to give up, and his backers would have pulled out.

Besides it leds to endless quibbling about bowling scores and flannel shirts rather than any meaningful discussion about policy.

and oh yeah. He has 49 percent of the Vote. to McCain's 43.. with seven percent undecided... What's the margin of error on that poll?

Five or Six percent either way.

It's going to be a yet another painfully close election.

  3. It's great. So Nobama won the election? Oh wait.... polls don't matter on November 4th? Oh ok..

  4. If the corporate media says it's an 8-point bounce, it's at least a 16-point bounce. They're panicking that once everyone realizes this is going to be a blowout nobody will watch their "news" shows anymore.

  5. Short-lived.  Enjoy it while it lasts.

  6. Thats all the media produced koolaid fest brought? man is he in trouble.

  7. yep

  8. The DNC was last week. I would be surprised if Obama didn't gain any popularity after hearing about nothing but him for a week solid.

  9. Further traction will come when Gov. Gidget messes up on the campaign trail, and when Biden mops the floor with her in the debate.

  10. it isn't really 8 when you figure in the margin for error.  the bounce should have been much larger given all the media hype at the DNC that week.  the press wa seen screaming and jumping up and down with the rest of the worshipers.  so much for jouralism these days.

let' see if he can maintain that lead even with all the out spending he has done over McCain.  i wouldn't be surprised if next week the roles are revered, then of course, polls will not longer be given any crediblility by liberals.  we see this happen all the time, don't we.

  11. won't last everytime Obama gets the lead he loses it by the end of the week and jsut so you know I think Obama will lose 8 points because of McCains Vp choice it was a straight up good choice you far left wack jobs are jsut scared....

  12. The bump is nothing new.  No I don't think it'll EVER be 16 points.

  13. Did you ever hear about convention bumps?? Research it....

  14. Very weak, considering they have the biggest media machine in the world working for them.
