What do you think of Radius International Hotel Kuala Lumpur?

Question

I'll be going on a 3D/2N trip to Kuala Lumpur and I was thinking of Radius International Hotel Kuala Lumpur (Superior room) as my accommodation.

Is it a good place to stay in? Is it clean? Is it safe? Is it near to the red light districts where there are hookers and pimps everywhere?

Or does anyone of you have a better hotel to recommend?

It must be less than RM 230 per night (approximately USD 70). And it must be in a very safe area, especially at night.

Radius International hotel caters for budget conscious traveler who doesn't want to compromise on comfort or quality. The last time  i went there i do not like it and felt uncomfortable with the room because i can smell the smokes of cigarettes from the next room.

For your price, i would recommend you a better choice just behind Jalan Alor :

my SGD got stolen from their housekeeping while i am out for breakfast. I didn't know till i got back SG. Check with hotel, they refused to provide me with details. So what do you think of the hotel ?
