Done a great job on the field whilst leading a squad that was termed the 'underdogs' - I thought they actually had a few decent players, but they were the 'cheapest' side financially.

I commend Shane Warne's captaincy of the side and his leadership, however not too impressed with his grudge against Ganguly and off his 'off-field' etiquette... but then the 'off-field' is largely not related to cricket so we can sweep that under the carpet when talking about captaincy. But still with captaincy come responsibility - and to an extent that should really consider things like your 'off filed' manner as well as it represents your character and you become a role model and some-one people look up to as a captain.
