What do you think of Starbucks and Costa Coffee?

Costa Coffee or whatever it is called. What are the prices like? Service? Quality? Basically I just need someone to go and chill out whilst writing poems/songs and I like to drink coffee and these places are local ;]

Costa Coffee I never heard of. Starbux is OK, when It's real hot outside, frapuccino is good to cool off. Actually, I prefer making my own coffee - I live in coffee country and it's all around us. Barako coffee is pretty good.

I am not sure about the other place you mention but i am a starbucks junkie and have been to many locations.  A lot of the location play cool music, have couches and lounge chairs, small table lambs, outside patios, and some even have an upstairs.  You can take you computer and plug it in if you want.  Ive gone to starbucks many times to just relax and read, or think.  Its a plus if you like the drinks and snacks.

Both are the same in price but however Costa Coffee has a great selection of cold fizzy drinks and fruit salads.
