What do you think of Tarvaris Jackson's progress so far?

We know it's preseason but really if you were to watch him he looks comfortable..He knows when to scramble and when he does he gets a big gain he's 15-22 200 passing yards 2TDs and something like 5 Carries for 30 some yards...and with the Offensive line he has and how he scrambles..would it be a safe bet to say he won't be sacked over ten times this year?

he's looking great. Tarvaris is really looking like a poised veteran QB in these first two preseason games. I'm not worried about his talent because its obvious he has it. All i'm worried about is him staying healthy. We saw him being taken off the field last night and it wasn't a big deal until i saw him grinning in pain on a stretcher on the sideline... thats tough to see. But then again frerotte stepped up. I'm loving the look of this club and Tarvaris is definitely showing people who criticized him all last year what he can really do..

Also, he is looking waaay better than Aaron Rogers, which should put a smile on all vikes fans faces

It is hard to tell how good he will be until the season starts and the pressure mounts, and he plays for whole games. But he has a chance, and the Vikings still like him. I think he'll be sacked over 10 times because 10 sacks is a pretty low number.

Jackson's line is liking him a lot which makes their team chemistry better. I think that could be a possibility considering his line is going to work their buts off for him

Last year they really had no wide recievers so you can't blame it all on him but they got Benard Berrian and another good reciever this off season plus chester taylor And A.P he's gonna get sacked more then 10 times 1 of there line men is out for 4 weeks but not much more then that..

Idk about less than 10 but as long as the line stays healthy less then 20 is deffinetly a safe bet... Jackson will deffinetly do better this year... im guessing 23tds 3000yrds and 14-16 interceptions

Hey just so you know Jackson isn't very good alright. A monkey could look good in a preseason game if he only had to play a quarter. I'm going to tell you right now that Viking fans are going to want a better quarterback by the end of the season.

as long as adrian peterson is running loose he will be ok , honestly im not impressed with him....gus frerotte will be taking over by mid season

hes going to be good i saw that last season but everybody is so quick to judge he give him a break it was like his first year starting he reminds me of d-mcnabb
