What do you think of a step mom who would want to befriend you?

that they would actually care a lot more about you, and really have some love to give to you?

Do you all think that this can be honestly worked out? or not? Please explain?

I just need some teen insight mostly...if possible..this can help not just me, but, other step-parents who really honestly DO care and worry about the step kids in their own lives!!

id give her the benifet of the doubt untill proven guilty ... in other words i would be friendly back to her and and try to accept the fact that she is going to be apart of my life.. BUT if she starts acting strange or rude I would definatly take that as a warning and be on HIGH ALERT at all times.. making sure things go terribly wrong.. (but thats just me talkin lol!.. i dunno what u would do.)

I'd be happy about it.

You hear of so many evil step-moms, who lie about their step-children.

So I would love it if my step-mom (if I had one) tried to be friends with me.

But know your place, and still be a parent!
