  1. I'd think he doesn't like his job much.

  2. Put simply, in three words - "Not a teacher".  I hate failing my own students and agonise over it every time they don't pass, because I feel in part it's my fault - that I've failed them as a teacher, and that they've failed themselves.

There should be no pleasure in failing a student, because a teacher is there to help students do exactly the opposite.

  3. he should not even work there as a teacher

  4. its the duty of a teacher to make his/her students zealous for study.if students fail it means that he or she is not doing his or her work properly.now if the teacher takes pleasure on the fact that his/her students dont pass,he/she must b masochistic and mad.but if he/she fails the students who dont study well i must call him honest.failing once the student will study harder and next year may get huge victory.

  5. you have no idea how many teachers there are out there like that. And it does no good to report them to the school board. It's a real shame that nothing is done about it. I was told that with the shortage of teachers I should look into pvt. or home schooling.( to me this is sick) so I put my child in charter school and he went from D's and F's to A's and B's.(and yes that same teacher is still at the high school ) shame-shame on the system-in Fl.
