They are a goofy concept.  A friend of mine is excited about air cars.  He thinks they will work better than electric cars.  Both electric and air powered cars have about the same specs.  They are defiantly an alternative to gasoline.

the technology is not very viable for this country due to the sheer size of the USA. The USA is 3 times the size of india.

It won't be "The only Fix", but may benefit some drivers in small towns or comunities..
