What do you think of all the great work that Michael Baisden is doing for the black community?

People like Michael Baisden "DO" and just dont talk about it. He is now starting a legal fund for minorties to help with legal cases, but for the most part the intent of this fund is for people to have proper representation when they walk into the court room. Michael Baisden understands that the judicial system is not balanced for certain "folk'. He wants to make sure that our young men dont have to go through another tragic case like the Jena6 case that involved michael Bell. It is a darn shame that our young me are being shafted and being put away because the Public Defender that they have are no more than racist pigs. I just dont understand these people can sleep at night knowing that the system that they uphold is not just for every living single sould.

Why would he exclude anyone too poor for proper representation?  Would you be singing his praises if he only included the poor white folk?  Or would you be calling him racist for excluding people based on race?

The bottom line is that race should not be a factor in any motive.  IF he only includes certain races rather than the merits involved, then he too is racist, just as the Public Defender would be if he failed to represent someone properly based on race.

I don't know anything about that Public Defender.  I do know that many lawyers should not be in that career field.  Many are just idiots.  Some aren't smart enough to even be a cab driver.
