  1. Sans Souci

  2. Parramatta isn't the greatest and sadly Brighton isn't what it used to be.

I wouldn't call it a beach since it's dirty and runs alongside a major road. The streets there are spoilt by the thugs that frequent in their hotted up cars.

If you're looking for somewhere a little more "kid friendly" take a look at Sutherland shire - like Gymea, Woolooware, Bangor or Illawong. Nice schools, parks etc (I speak from experience) Menai is OK but starting to feel the effects of the overpass letting bankstown thugs come across.

Or, if you really want gods country....move up to the central coast! I will never go back to Sydney after living here.

But those are my recommendations after my years in Sydney.

  3. I would choose Brighton, there are two primary schools and plenty of childcare centres.   The beach is not dirty these days and a lovely place to walk in the evening.

Its very close to the city with good public transport.

Parramatta is great for shopping but not as pleasant as  a place to live.   I own apartments in both Parramatta and Brighton and have lived in both.  I prefer Brighton by far.

  4. You got lots of lebo thugs in both, so prob Brighton because its near city and has a beach.

  5. anywhere near the beach is better,
