  1. No texting.

    No dialing.

    No s******g with it.

If you get a call, use the bluetooth to take care of it..

  2. i think it is not worth your life for a stupid phone call if it is urgent you could just find somwhere to stop if possible  you are endangering lots of people from doing it my friends got seriously hurt by a driver that was not concentrating

  3. In the United States over 260 million people subscribed to such wireless communication devices as cellphones as of June 2008.

Increased reliance on cellphones has led to a rise in the number of people who use the devices while driving. There are two dangers associated with driving and cellphone use, including text messaging. First, drivers must take their eyes off the road while dialing. Second, people can become so absorbed in their conversations that their ability to concentrate on the act of driving is severely impaired, jeopardizing the safety of vehicle occupants and pedestrians.

I dont use my cell phone while driving and if it is an emergency then I will pull to the side of the road.....

  4. If you are going to recieve phone calls or call someone pull over and do it.

  5. One time my dad was eating popcorn, drinking an energy drink and talking on his cell phone at the same time! It is very dangerous, but luckily we weren't in an accident. If you have a distraction you could be swerving on the road or something and not even notice, what if you hit another car or a pedestrian?

  6. I think they are very dangerous and should be outlawed even hands free ones. They are even more dangerous when some kid that does not even to know how to drive well is using them.

  7. About a year ago, A U of I student was riding his bicycle down the side of the road outside of Champaign/Urbana when a girl who was downloading musicon her cell phone was not paying attention and went off into the total opposite lane, hit the young man on the bicycle and killed him. His parents were devastated.  They are currently debating this issue in Champaign Urbana, Ill.

I have personally witnessed people on their cell phones veering off the road, not keeping up with traffic, not going when a red light turns green,  running thru a stop sign. It is dangerous.

I believe cell phone usage while driving should be outlawed.  Messages can be left on cell phones and the recipient can always call back.

Its not worth the loss of life.

  8. It is the worse invention in the world.

  9. I know a guy who rear-ended someone on the freeway three times before he gave up his cell phone.  Hands free did not make a difference.  He just go too involved in his conversations.  I say, don't do it -- especially if you know that you are being distracted.  I think some people can to it without a problem; but that is not me, I know I get distracted by talking on the phone.  Its not the same as talking to someone in the car or listening to the radio.

  10. I have bluetooth built into my car. I do not dial while driving. I have everything on speed dial which can be accessed via the navigation of my Lexus. If the number isn't on speed dial, I'll have the passenger dial for me. If there's no one in the car with me, I wait for a red light and dial the number. I am not in a rush when it comes to talking on the phone. I hate talking on any type of phone, period.
