  1. He will be a bust.   was way overrrated and has character issues.

  2. he is amazing and should be the returner

  3. "BUST" written all over him.  He was facking horrible last night.  Philly never drafts good receivers...not even OK receivers.

  4. I think he will be good for punt and kick-off returns but nothing else. Lets face it, the dudes a shrimp. He is what 5'9 and Cornerbacks will be taller than him so he will have to improve his over the shoulder catching to become elite.

  5. yaeh, i watched him last night and he looked pretty good he knew his role catching the ball and blocking when hunt got that td. he is a good pick especially after I saw reggie brown left the game it didn't look too good.  IF he was the one that was returning he kept on fumbling or muffling it.

  6. What I have heard out of Eagles camp is that Desean Jackson will be a solid contributor as a rookie.  He needs to develop his body a little and adjust to the pro game, but he has the skills.  He is the type of player that McNabb needs to have.  He will get opportunities because the Eagles have so few talented wideouts.

  7. he is definitely good enough to help the eagles especially since reggie brown always gets hurt. ive seen a lot of his games at Cal and he is explosive. i think he is much better than ted ginn jr and he was the 9th overall pick. i dont think jackson is as good as hester or cribbs in the return game....yet. but he will be a good one, he is very agile and makes guys miss a lot. his receiving skills are far from being polished but i think he has better hands than ginn or hester. so i see him as a less explosive devin hester with better hands and also has a h**l of a lot more potential than hester, especially as a receiver.

  8. I think he'll be a good PR or KR but he wont make it as a WR, he's way too short and he has problems holding on to the ball when getting hit hard

  9. i went to his high school at long beach poly and have watched him a lot live and in person.

while his size (5'9" 165 lbs in reality) and character are issues, you can't deny his talent. he has excellent hands and breakaway speed.

being that small will leave questions about his durability to last the entire season and whether he can keep his ego on check. he looked good in his first preseason game in being one of mcnabb's main targets. he actually took some hits and showed excellent hands.

  10. He did great in college but that is totally different.....Its too hard to tell...Who knew Brian Westbrook would be this good?

Give him a shot....U never know.

I do know he couldn't recover from hard hits in college.

  11. I think if he puts on some more weight he could become a Pro Bowl reciever.

  12. He won't be that good.
