It is Bucktail son Bucktail.Unless you are talking about a specific manufacturer in Wisconsin that makes muskie lures,bucktail lures have become a generic name for lures that have "hair" behind the spinner

Looks like they specialize in Muskie lures.I have no opinion on there quality as I have never used that brand,though large bucktail lures are an effective muskie lure as are smaller ones on a variety of fish.
