I know everyone has them, but do you feel self-concious of your flaws and scars? would it affect the way you dress? do you mind them?

  1. some people are more self concious then others.

I have a scar on my elbow from surgery i had when i was little. And i would have to say no... it doesnt effect the way i dress. manily because it was on my elbow and i cant personally notice it.

Although i had lazer sugery on a broken blood vessel on my nose which nobody else noticed yet i felt VERY self concious about it.

    so everything is diffrent.

  2. Naturally occurring flaws only make one more unique.  Did you know that, in some cases, a flaw in a diamond actually makes it more valuable?

  3. no it doesn't effect me...that much and not how i dress

everyone has flaws - even models and they are touched up in their photos which makes us feel inferior

  4. Yes it does effect self-conciousness.   I'm a 30 year old male and have no forearm hair and very skinny wrists, and I don't wear short sleeves when I'm out in public 'cause my arms look like 14-year-olds.  I'm also quite small (5'9 1/2") and avoid low-cut footwear, so prefer thick-soled boots.

  5. flaws don't affect the way you dress if the flaw isn't visible, but if it's on ur face or something, u have to be careful. I don't really mind scars myself.
