What do you think of... for a costume?

Question

i know its much to early to start thinking of halloween costumes, so don't say that as an answer... i want to know your opinion on the costume I'm considering.

the joker, but im a teen girl so i'd wear-

black skinny jeans

dark green vest

and blue long sleeve shirt

for the make up-

thick green eyeliner

bright red lips

what do u think???

Never fails, eh? As soon as a girl asks about dressing as a male comic character everyone just says "OH YOU CAN JUST BE HARLEY QUINN OR POISON IVY OR... JUST DRESS AS A GIRL."

Drives me nuts.

Anyway, I could see that working. I was considering going as the Joker but just dressing as a man, no feminine touches. It's not gonna work though, my mouth is just too little and feminine. Anyway. This is an interesting idea.

I would recommend trying to find maybe a purple overcoat or blazer though. If you want to do Christopher Nolan's Joker I would also recommend getting something to simulate the scars. And don't forget the tie and a pair of leather/suede/leather-look gloves.

However, don't feel that you need to be TDK-Joker... I'd say there's plenty of room for you to put your own spin on things.

The green hair is a must, I would say.

It's mostly geared toward males but there are some good links and pictures. It's about a million pages long but it's definitely useful if you have the patience to read through it.
