Charlie Black , McCain head adviser seam to think that if this country is attack or go to war with iran it will be a big benefit to John McCain in the general elelction .Isn't this what scare you most about McCain knowing that war is his main reason for wanting to be president of the usa . And here you have his top advisor saying the very thing that McCain don't want you to here.why is McCain trying to distance himself now from the Neocon's who is the very head of his campaign for president ?

  1. Do you have a reference?  Sounds like this is the sort of thing that you should verify if it is true before you start posting to Yahoo Answers.

  2. I don't equate electorate reaction with warmongering.

Senator McCain is the only candidate who has seriously addressed national security including energy independence.  Considering that Senator Obama is percieved as weak on national security, and his only energy policies include a windfall profites tax on oil companies that has failed before (didn't he say the same thing about the gas tax holiday proposal?) and investing technologies that won't be ready for decades, it is not unthinkable that an attack on the USA or war with Iran would be to the electoral benefit of Senator McCain.

  3. Mr Obama's soft approach to clear and present dangers leaves him on the loosing side of the position.

HRC said the exact same thing a few months back and nobody said anything because it's true.  Now that the media has backed Obama it suddenly becomes an issue.

McCain understands the threat of radical Islam and understands that this is an issue of WAR, not law enforcement.

  4. I think it sucks.  For his advisor to even say that, it's horrible!  It's like he wished it would happen or something, I'm glad McCain said something about the guy, not sure if it's enough though.

  5. It was inexcusable. He basically admitted that McCain's only chance of winning is by using fear.

  6. It certainly doesn't surprise me! John McCain is all about war. Why would we want more of this? It is scary that people actually think like this!

Too many Republicans are about fear and I have had it with that attitude. When many Americans are stuggling to put gas in their cars to get to work (I work for a lousy $6.50 right now) we certainly don't need war with Iran!
