  1. Christopher should listen to his dad.

    I would say he lost more than a few fans from this poor decision.


  2. Probably because (correct me if I'm wrong) he became a German citizen only to play for Germany. His father probably wants him to play for a team that he actually likes to live in and other reasons, not just to join so he can play basketball.

  3. His dad has a point. If Kaman REALLY wanted to play with Germany, because he was proud of his German heritage and wants to honor with homeland etc. etc., it might be a bit different.

    But he's only playing for Germany because he wasn't good enough to play for the US, and because he's buddies with Dirk.

  4. I agree with his dad completely. His great grandparents were Germen after that they've been American. He just became a German citizen so he can play for them. I don't see him as being German. Hes American.

  5. not good enough to play for the us and his only shot at olympic ball is with a foreign country

  6. Sad. If his mother or father  is of Germany heritage then his father should support him playing for Germany. I think his father is being a little too hard on him.
