It's all about the cook.  Good cook, good lamb burger.

Lamb has a rather gamey flavour compared to beef or pork.  It's a bit like goat, but not as strong.  My brother says he hates it, but properly prepared, it's delicious.  Things that takes the "stink" off lamb are garlic, mint or a heavily spiced tomato sauce or curry.  I don't mind the funny taste, so I would eat a "naked" lamb burger.  When I have lamb-chops, I trim off the bone and excess fat to use in soup -- yum.

I've had the chopped and sliced lamb.  It's very good.  You can cook it on top of the stove and in the oven.  It's even better grilled as I prefer grilled meats.  I usually make a stew, soup or sauce with mine, adding vegetables or noodles and tomato sauce or paste.  Sometimes I have it with rice.  I never had any ground lamb.  I will try it, sounds good.

I like to eat lamb -- it is very good.  I eat it with mint jelly.  I have never had a lamb burger before, but I will try it sometime.

I tasted lamb ONE time for this weird meal thing my parents made me go to. I HATED it. I thought it was the worst thing I've ever tasted.

my father makes lamb alot. I thought it was steak one night. It is tasty to me.

i like lamb chops, but i don't like lamb shank or rack of lamb...it's got a strange flavor.

however, i did not know lamb comes in burger form...would like to at least try lamb burger.

You know, I've never had lamb. I don't know if I could eat it now though, I'm too set in my ways. I think I'll just stick with chicken and beef.

lamburger? EW! no thanks. what a waste of a delicious meat. i prefer mine as a chop, crusted with fine herbs and bread crumbs, seared and baked in an oven. serve with lamb demi glace, garlic potatoes mashed and fiddleheads. thanks...

no wait. not fiddleheads, flavours clash too much. make it...white asparagus, steamed.

Though I do feel bad about eating such an adorable creature...they're pretty tasty if you ask me!  The best lamb I've ever had was in Munich, Germany back in 1996.  My mother and I ate at a cozy little restaurant in the center of the city, and we both ordered lamb chops.  I swear these babies (no pun intended) were AT LEAST 2-3 inches thick..and sooooo juicy!  It was served with fresh green beans and garlic mashed potatoes.  My mouth is absolutely watering thinking about it.

Never tried a lamb burger but I suspect it would be good. I am going to make a point of trying one soon to check it out.

they cooked really well
