What do you think of males who call themselves feminists?

I really don't see the big deal, and why everyone thinks it's such a weak thing for a guy to do. To me it take's more backbone to stand up then to go with what's expected, but hey, I guess that's just g*y!

i detest feminists with a passion.. i believe in equality and feminists definately do not represent equality.. i think males that are "feminists" are douchebags and maybe they say that in order to impress girls in order to get some action

I think it's great, my husband is a feminist. It simply means that he knows that women and men should be equal in all things, and isn't afraid to stand up for the rights of others.

Feminists are not just women.  Feminists believe in equality period.  The term does not refer to the gender of the individual.  Men are feminists!

They are very intelligent, enlightened men.  I would never date a man who was not a feminist, who believed in equality between the sexes.  I respect them.  They want to be known as different from the moronic dogs who think they are men, but are really little children.

I think that's perfectly normal, and the way it should be. Most men don't want a subservient woman, but an equal. Just as I would defend mens rights, I'd expect them to defend mine.
