Great fighter. Exciting, and good to watch.

Need to be more technical and stick to the plan. Seems like he sometimes go into a fight with a plan and then scraps the plan to brawl.

The only thing is, he's good at brawling, So I'm not sure if it's a negative.

I think he is overrated as a fighter.defending yourself with attack only is a major flaw that was exposed by the light punching average skilled mexican that beat him.And the excuse about manny not having his favorite gloves is as bad as Hagler having to wear heavier than normal gloves just to get a fight with Sugar ray.i e  do not blame the equipment

Extremely overrated. He is famous only for beating Barrera, Morales, and Marquez. The first two were at the end of their careers but morales when he was way out to pasture managed to beat him on points. The marquez fight was a horrible injustice and it was a gift decision. Pacquiao hasn't fought anyone big and in their PRIME to substantiate a p4p claim. Now if he goes after real opponents and wins instead of just going after bums for a big paycheck then maybe he can salvage something. But until then he is just as overrated with low quality opponents as mayweather.

I think he is a great fighter.  A walking legend.  He fights with so much heart because he fights for his country.  If you are a boxing fan you have to be a Pacquiao fan because because of what he represents.  He is a great representative of the sport of Boxing.

HE IS A GOOD BOXER HIS LAST FIGHT WAS ALWAYS AN EASY FIGHT AND IS HIS NEXT FIGHT....BUT HE HAS HARD FIGHTS BUT IF HE WAS REALLY THINKING OF FIGHTING OSCAR HE IS NOT REALLY GOING FORWARD IS HE......HE BEAT SOTO BEFORE AND IF HE WAS GOING UP TO 147 AND REALLY WAS THINKING HE COULD LIVE THERE HE IS GOING 5 STEPS BACKWARDS.  THERE ARE SOME NAMES AT 140 AND AT LIGHTWEIGHT.....SO HE WAS NEVER GOING TO FIGHT OSCAR DONT GIVE ME THAT 70-30 THATS WHAT FLOYD TOOK AND MADE OVER $50MIL...WHAT WILL HE GET FOR HIS NEXT FIGHT?  $3.5 IF HE IS LUCKY...BUT IS THE BEST NOW BUT IS DOING WHAT FLOYD WAS DOING AFTER THESE NEXT 2 FIGHT IS ONLY WHAT FLOYD DID....I LIKE HIM BUT IT IS THE TRUTH...MANNY P4P CHAMP.
