  1. I think it's a disgrace and would be interested to know more about the people who own the hotel, e.g. their ethnicity and religion.  There could be a case to answer.

  2. Really bad. Like someone mentioned report it to tourist board.

  3. I think it is disgusting down right outrageous, they should be given free rooms.

  4. Disgusting.

They do a job for the UK and they get treated like this.  They should sue the hotel.

  5. close them down

Buddha    it was in the paper today the hotel is owned by American amusements

  6. That is disgusting! Why wasn't anyone from the Metro hotel group available for comment? Perhaps we all ought to e-mail them and let them know how we feel about their treatment of this young soldier! If i was his Mum i wouldn't have written to my MP i'd have been  at NAAFI headquarters asking them what they're going to do about it complete with a TV crew.

As good old spell checker picked me up on this NAAFI is Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes.

  7. its possible that the hotel owners are fed up with drunk squaddies vomitting on the carpets and being abusive to other guests. because in my experience of living near a marine camp that is what happens when the boys are in town.

  8. Maybe the hotel is a terrorist owned money laundering property and it was for his own personal safety.

Or maybe they've just had one too many prozzy shagging squaddies-on-leave beerfest parties kick off there in the past?

  9. Disgraceful, that's what it is. I hope this hotel closes very soon and goes into receivership.

  10. Its an absolute disgrace to treat any member of the armed forces in this way. They put their lives at risk for us and all our fellow human beings. We should all boycott the hotel, from now on, or until they change their policy.

  11. I wouldn't allow a hired killer into my hotel either.

  12. Management at that hotel should be exiled to Afghanistan to live among the taliban.

  13. Hired killer??? Are you for real man, if our safety was left up to cowards like you, I doubt you and morons like you would be sitting in a warm room at your computer writing s**** .

  14. Disgraceful

  15. Will bet the ranch that hotels policy did not come from someone that does not like the military, but guessing it was put in place because of damage caused by drunks, or people passing bad checks.

  16. It is a disgrace.
