start Paul over Iverson, and start Howard over Garnett. I would also drop Iverson from the team as a whole and replace him with Deron Williams.

You should replace AI with Deron Williams or Steve Nash. Both are better PG than AI.

replace Iverson with Paul and i think that is good. Marion, Camby, and Carter probably do not belong there tho..... replace them with Yao, Bosh,  and D Will and thats clean.... oh and if Gilbert is not healthy he will not be there either....
