I like a lot of your names, my favorites are: Ariadne, Felicity and Nora (I like it with an h - Norah).

However, a couple suggestions - Delilah instead of Dahlia.

For O, I like Olivia instead of Octavia.

Eliza...such a strong name but also so cute - nickname Elly is too cute!!  Eliza will stick with a girl throughout all stages of her life.

Wow, my list would be eerily similar for a lot of them lol.  Ariadne, Dahlia, Eliza, Felicity, Grier, Juliet, Kate, Lilia, Piper, Quinn, Rosalie, Seraphina, and Yvaine (did you get this from Stardust, by the way?) would be my favorites lol.

Ariadne, Grier, Yvaine and Seraphina are names that are just exotic and gorgeous to me.  I like their unusualness lol.

Dahlia, Juliet, Lilia and Rosalie are just pretty names.  They're a little more classic than ones like Seraphina, but still a bit uncommon and striking.

Names like Felicity, Eliza, Kate, Piper and Quinn are the ones that sound really quirky and spunky to me.  They seem really awesome and independent; I love that.
