  1. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.tripod.com

  2. You sound like me.  I'd say you're perfect.  Some overweight women tend to be fleshy and not look healthy at all.  Other's, like us, are very healthy and just happen to weigh a lot and not fit into a size 2. Even my doctor doesn't believe how much I weigh when he looks at me.  I carry my weight well.  I've got an hourglass shape and I'm not fleshy.  People assume I weight 160.  Ha!

  3. I'm 6'7 and 215 lbs. If you weigh more than me, then you definitely have better eating habits than I do :) at least you're enjoying your food

    My thoughts: Don't change. You are who you are, and no one else has the right to tell you what to do with your hair.

  4. You're perfect just the way you are.

    Dont worry too much about what other people think.

    (although....if you honestly want to know....you should post a pic...its like asking you which dress looks better on my... the red one or the blue one.... you cant actually see them to tell)

  5. Offhand, I'd think that 230 pounds was a lot for a woman of your height, but a lot depends upon your body type and build.

    The best indicator of appropriate or inappropriate weight is BMI. Here’s a great site for calculating BMI, suggesting your goal weight, and what people think is ideal weight… http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht...

    These are the general guidelines:

    Underweight = <18.5

    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

    Overweight = 25-29.9

    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    And overweight is not the same as fat. The BMI will tell you if you’re overweight. An honest look in the mirror will tell you if you’re fat.
