Cradled within ………………. Young mother’s arms,

the winds embrace…………… Comforting care,

molded leaves………………... Caresses and strokes,

reflect your face……………… Silky blond hair.

  1. I haven't had the courage to try one yet.  The Trigee is one of the most interesting things I've seen on Y/A.  And after playing with my granddaughter yesterday, your imagery was perfect!  (aside to spell chick, be quiet, I know you don't have "Trigee" in your dictionary!)

  2. The two separate poems I like, but one they are combined the line "molded leaves, caresses and strokes" is odd especially in light of young mother.  Maybe just me.

  3. This is a perfectly lovely Trigee.  The images are delicate and appealing and the form is so well executed with the addition of rhyming.  You have mastered this form and rendered it with soft beauty.  Wonderful.  Thank you.

  4. Wow! I love this. It is so soft, gentle, loving.

I had never heard of trigee until I discovered Y/A (This sounds like a vodka advert.) I must repair to my mental den and cogitate.....

Thank you for this one, it's just lovely.

  5. Tia, you embody the Poetry section for me. Always trying new things and never giving up, expressing yourself and giving your heart and soul. I know you see yourself as a learner but I thank you for teaching us all about those things that you do naturally. This is a good effort. It compares well to other Trigees I have seen. I haven't tried this form yet because it looks too hard for me.Please show the world more.  Just thanks.

  6. Another beautiful piece of poetry from you!  The one word that sticks out in my mind also is the word molded, feels kind of hard, as things molded are how about-- softened leaves, just a suggestion!  Still this type of poetry is difficult and it seems you have a knack for it coming up with new topics to write about!  Enjoy your poetry to the fullest, keep up the good work!! Cheers!!

  7. your poetry....................quite boring.
