What do you think of my poem for my Grandma?

My Grandma passed away a while ago. And I was thinking about her today. I decided to write a poem about her.

♥ Every time I've needed help you have been their for me.

Every time I've needed to talk you would make yourself free.

Every time I just wanted a hug you wouldn't let go of me.

Every time I just needed to cry you would wipe my tear.

You were very close to me, you were very dear. I cried the other day but you weren't their to wipe my tear.

Even though you left the earth and we miss you very much. You never left our hearts, you took a little with you. ♥

Please don't be too mean. I wrote it myself. I miss her a lot. :]
