What do you think of my pokemon emerald team?

I have a better team than my brother who is on the elite four with pokemon that are level fifty and I am not to the elite four yet, I haven't even beaten the eighth gym leader yet and my pokemon are levels 45-47. Here is my team, what do you think?

Swampert lv. 46, starter, Moves- Secret Power, Dive, Surf, Muddy water

Sceptile lv. 46, traded from old file with sister, Moves- Dynamic Punch, Aerial Ace, Cut, Leaf Blade

Seviper lv.45, traded from old file, Moves- Poisen Tail, Haze, Strength, Crunch

Mightyena lv. 46 traded from old file, Moves- Rock Smash, Return, Facade, Take down

Flygon lv. 47 traded from old file, Moves- Dragonbreath, Fly, Screech and crunch

I am still deciding what my last pokemon should be. I was thinking about a legendary. If anyone has any suggestions for my team I will gladly accept!

good. you probably have a better team than me.

for your last pokemon i would recommend  catching a fire type (Found in fiery path) And leveling up. And if any of your pokemon can learn ice beam (TM in Abandon Ship some where)

And that would be a great team!
