It's a veg@n recipe but it is very good.
I used
* Vegetable oil
* A quarter of an onion
* Mixed vegetables
* Brown rice
* Basil
* Oregano
* Cheyenne pepper (for spiciness)
* Rolls
Directions I followed
* I preheated a pan to medium heat and added vegetable oil.
* Then finely chopped the onion up and added it to the pan
* Chopped up the mixed veggies a added them to the pan, then stir
* Next I added rice, then the seasonings (Cheyenne pepper, basil, oregano) I mixed everything together and turned down the burner to a lower heat.
*Then I got a big spoon and poured the mixture onto a burger bun.
Preparation time was about 10 min's and it was very spicy and flavorful. Do you think it sounded appetizing?
