Question:

What do you think of my weight? I'm a 19 year old girl, 5'8 and as of this morning weigh 133.2.?

I'm not particularly happy with my weight and would like to get down to 125. Im extremely afraid of gaining the freshman 15 and will do ANYTHING not to. Do you think I should gain weight or lose weight? Underweight or overweight? Please be honest and give any suggestions or advice. It will be appreciated. Also please do not respond with those detox or diet websites because that is not helpful. Thank you.

  1. What do I think of your weight?  I think it is just fine for your height. However if you think it is too much and want to be thinner then simply do some walking or bike riding and try to eat healthier foods for a few weeks and then you can post a question asking, "I weigh 100 lbs, what do you think of that?"


  2. I'm pretty much the same weight. I would just try to maintain.   I'm happy with my weight and our bodies probably look the same lol.

    And if you don't want to gain weight just take a jog every once in a while. It's not that difficult once you get into it and it makes your metabolism go waaay up! :)

I dont think you are overwight if you dont want to gain weight then eat healthy and exercise i would not try to loose weight if i were you though... and i know that freashman year it is cheaper to eat unhealthy stuff but the healhy stuff is so much better for you so spend the few extra dollars on that instead of coffee everyday (ect.)  

  4. if your underweight then you have a problem your to skinny.....if your overweight then you are eating to much fat and that's a problem its got to be normal if your 19 and 5 8 and don't like your weight then try losing at least 5 pounds or less i think that your perfectly normal....try waking up early and ruining it really helps..you be healthy

  9. At 5'8 your weight is pretty much optimal. I know it's hard to avoid but try to stay away from stress during your freshman year.
